MGA NatMeet2016 PosterWebIn 2016 the National Meeting will be held in Perth, jointly hosted by the MG Car Club of WA, the MG Owners Club and the MG TC Owners Club over Easter, 25 to 29 March.

The three Western Australian MG clubs warmly invite and welcome MG enthusiasts to Perth for this fantastic event.  As for all National Meetings, registration is open to any member of an Australian MG car club and to international MG enthusiasts.  Please note that registrations for the 2016 National Meeting have now closed.

The National Meeting will be based at the historic Ascot Racecourse for the social events (Nog’n’Natter, Theme Night, Presentation Dinner and Farewell Breakfast) and the Concours d’Elegance, which will be held in conjunction with a full Easter Saturday horseracing meeting by Perth Racing.  All Natmeet registrants will have free entry to this meeting and will be able to enjoy the racing spectacle and Ascot’s fine restaurants, bars and cafes.

The motorkhana and circuit sprint competition events will be held at the RAC Driving Centre located in the Perth Airport precinct, a short drive away from Ascot.  This is a quality venue which hosts WA State Motorkhana rounds, competitive sprint events and V8 hot laps.  The circuit can be set up in various configurations and lengths and is a very safe driving environment.

An Observation Run and the Kimber Run will be routed through the scenic Perth hills and picturesque towns and both promise to be cracker drives!

There is an abundance of hotel and motel accommodation in the vicinity of Ascot Racecourse, including Crown Burswood, as well as a local caravan park, to suit all accommodation preferences.

There are a number of vehicle transport options and prices for those not wishing to drive across the Nullabor - read more under the Accommodation tab.

A post-National Meeting Tour is also being planned for those MG owners who wish to explore the beautiful South West and Great Southern regions of the State.  Details of routes and accommodation can be downloaded from the BULLETIN page.
